Files are encrypted on this device and unlocked by your account sign-in. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text and images are supported. Click to select; Shift-click for a range, ⌘/Ctrl-click to add; then drag the selection onto a folder to move it all at once. Double-click a file to preview it; hover a row for its rename, preview and delete buttons.

How to use iCare AI Chat

Answers come straight from your own documents.

The top bar

  • Library / Chat — Use Library to upload files and Chat to talk to the Agent.
  • Sparkle — turn the cool background effects on or off.
  • Sun / Moon — switch between light and dark.
  • Question mark — open this guide any time.
  • Sign out — leave your workspace.

Getting answers

  1. 1 Add your filesOpen the Library tab and drag files in, or tap Choose files.
  2. 2 Ask a questionIn the Chat Tab, type in a message and press Send.
  3. 3 Focus on specific filesTap the Files button, top-left of the chat, to turn selective context on — tick files or folders and answers come only from them, sent word for word. Tap Files again to turn it off and use your whole library.
  4. 4 AttachmentsFor temporary files, tap the clip icon to add a file to your message. Will be deleted once you clear chat.
  5. 5 Check the sourcesChips under each reply show the files used to answer.
  6. 6 Start a new chatTap Clear chat, top-right, to begin again.

Tip: keep asking follow-up questions in the same chat.
